Good Read

My sister told me that I needed to read, A Coming Evil, by Vivian Vande Velde.

It is a really easy and quick read. And I find the content to be very eye opening due to the events that took place during World War II.

The synopsis on the back of the book is this:

Lisette Beaucaire is angry when her parents send her away from Paris on September day in 1940 during World War II. And though she knows that the Nazis occupying the city she'd be safer at her Aunt Josephine's farm in the Dordogne valley, Lisette resents her "exile."
