Easter Fun

We started our Easter fun by going to the Base for their Easter egg hunt.

Then we went to G and G Love's home for another Easter Egg Hunt

This year I made Resurrection Rolls. They turned out really good and tasted really great too! These will be a new Easter Tradition.

On April 16th 2011 Clinton, Jessica, Liz, Brad and myself, along with 4,000 others completed a HALF MARATHON!!!

It was so amazing! I never thought in a million years I would complete a Half Marathon. Clinton ran the half last year and so this year I told him that IF I did a half Marathon he would have to stay with me......AND HE DID. He pushed me on when all I just wanted to do was cry and give up. There were many tears, doubts and fears, but when I crossed the finish line holding Clint's hand it was truly amazing. I beat my personal best for 1 mile, 3 mile and 5 mile. After that it all went down hill. By mile 9, I had hit my wall....then I we approached State Street....that was HELL. State Street indicated that we only had three miles left....those three miles took forever, because we were going up hill. There were crowd cheerers saying to me and Clint "You are almost done just around the corner"...that's when the tears came and I was thinking to myself that I didn't give up that I just needed to push through the pain and I would finish.

This is truly a testament of Enduring to the End!

Big Thanks to Dawna and Taylor for coming over and watching the kids and cleaning my house. You two are the BEST!!!

Bed time is so crazy at our house, but when the boys fall asleep it is so funny to see what they have done to their bedroom. This time their sleeping position was exactly the same!

Boys Birthday

For Deacon's Birthday, we went to Classic Fun Center, unfortunately Deacon got really sick and we had to end the fun early.

For Trenton's Birthday we went on the Polar Express in Heber.

Thanksgiving 2010

My uncle and his family from California came out for Thanksgiving...IT was sure great to see them.
My older brother was also able to come down from North Dakota..That was such a nice surprise.
